Around fourtteen thousand yogis gathered to offer their heartfelt prayer and Puja to Shri Mataji in her Shri Jesus form, in Nirmal Nagri on 25th December 2007. The venue sported a very special look this year. A lot of developments were seen over the last year. The roads were leveled. The complete sitting area for all the yogis and yoginis in front of the main stage was not only leveled but had a concrete floor. At places tiled pathways could be seen leading to the main sitting area. Internal transport vehicles were tirelessly trying to help the senior citizen to ply. A lot of stalls had come up offering Indian goods and meals.

The stage had a very special look with conch shells craftwork. It wore a very ethnic and exquisite look where traditional Indian heritage could be seen in its best form. The complete sitting area had a huge decorated cover overhead. There was a central pathway that separated the Yogis and Yoginis sitting area. Three pairs of giant screens covered almost the entire area. Powerful speakers were projecting the sound.

At twenty past seven the collective mediation started with the chant of the Mahamantras. The vibration level rose as the artists and performers sang to please Shri Ganesha and the Devi. The artists who formed the choir were Dr. Arun Apte, Surekha Apte, Deepak Verma, Pt. Subramanium, Shyam Jain from the Nirmal Sangeet Sarita team along with the other team members, Dananjai Dhumal, Rajesh, Rajiv Bagaddhe and many others.

Finally at nine Shri Mataji was welcomed on stage with the song Atha Swagatham. As Shri Mataji entered the stage a lot of enthusiasm was seen in the yuva shkati who were all the while very active and effortlessly working in precision and almost silently. Shri Mataji blessed Her children as She arrived on the stage along with Sir CP. Shri Mataji stared deep into the collectivity as the curtains were drawn apart for the collectivity to be face to face with Her.

Puja started immediately. Children were seen rushing to the stage in an organized manner sporting Santa Caps. They looked very cute. It was time for the Puja permission bhajan with Vinati Suniye …and then the Shri Ganesha Arthava Shirsham and the Hemja Sutam Bhaje. The Shri Ganesha Puja at Her Holy Feet was being offered by the collective as the little ones offered flowers at Her Holy Feet on stage. Later the Christmas Puja was offered at Her Holy feet with the bhajans of Jagi Tarak Janma Ala and Jago Savera Aya. The puja concluded at quarter to ten with Vishwa Vandita and then Arti by the country coordinators.

Later International and National gifts were offered at Her Holy Feet. The fourth issue of the Internet magazine Blossom Times for the seeker, compiled by the Yuva mostly from India and also from abroad, was blessed by Shri Mataji. Then a huge sized Christmas cake was brought  before Shri Mataji as She blessed Her children by gracing the cake cut amidst cheers. There was a beautiful bhajan composed for this occasion. The collectivity also joined the choir in joy. Vibrations could tangibly be felt as the joy of collective was visible and the climate grew chill.

Sir CP then addressed the collectivity. He emphasized that the world today at large needs Sahaja Yoga. India also greatly requires Sahaja Yoga. Sahaja Yoga can only fill love with in the hearts of human beings. He said Sahaja Yoga can progress at a faster pace when we desire to spread it in our Hearts. It is the only means to salvage the world. Shri Mataji has taught us to love the world and to love each other. We must strive together and rise to the occasion to let Her dreams be fulfilled. We must take up all the challenges and endeavor to ensure that Sahaja Yoga spreads in every nook and corner of the world and in every country.

It was then the time for the popular Qwaali Mata Ki Karam Hain which filled the air with fountains of vibrations. Shri Mataji made Her holy departure at around half past ten. The collectivity danced as the choir continued with their popular Sahaja numbers.

The collective received a beautiful souvenir prepared exclusively for the Christmas Puja as a special Christmas gift that was blessed by Shri Mataji Herself earlier during the day. It was announced that Shri Mataji had given permission for the Shiva Puja to be held at the same venue on 8th and 9th March 2008.
