videoShri Mataji celebrated the 59th Republic Day of India with Sir C.P. and the entire collective of Pune on the sprawling lawns of Pratishthan.
The program began by the unfurling of the National Flag by Shri Mataji. The National Anthem was sung with great fervor and respects by the whole assembly of Sahaja Yogis and Yoginis which was standing in unison.
Shri Mataji then saw the pilot vehicle made for spreading the message of Sahaja Yoga which is equipped with all publicity material to do so as well as loud speakers to announce Sahaja programs in towns, villages and remote areas.
The children then danced to patriotic songs and Shri Mataji appreciated and enjoyed the performances very much and was smiling almost throughout the performances. Later when Shri Mataji was asked whether She would like to address the assembly gathered there She said in Hindi that by seeing evrything today "Mera jee (man) bhar aaya hai" implying She was overwhelmed with joy.
The Russian collective present in Pune joined their Indian Brothers and Sisters in celebrating the Indian Republic day. They offered their respects to Shri Mataji in the form of a bhajan. The huge collective present on the lawns enjoyed the performances of patriotic bhajans by the Pune Bhajan group as well as the bhajan by the Russians.
Sir C.P. addressed the collective by congratulating everyone on the occasion of the Republic Day. He recollected the occasion when India had gained its independence and mentioned that Shri Mataji and requested him then to serve his country whole heartedly. He reminded everyone of Shri Mataji's message of spreading Sahajayoga. He then presented the chief guest invited on the occasion- the Inspector General of Police of Maharashtra with a potrait of Shri Mataji.

26th jan 2008 celebrations at pratishthan was wonderfull.
weather was cool vibrations were cool,holy mother shri mataji we love you and sahaj yoga,we assure that we all sahajies will allways spread the sahaj yoga with our lavel best.

JAY SHRI MATAJI
I never missed the day ,the 26 jan at pratisthan in pune.
because it was the marvelous day in my life. i find my self very diffrent on that day.
because of two reasons.first our country gets the freedom on that day & IT IS
THE DAY WHEN I MEET TO THE MY SPIRITUAL GURU FIRST TIME.
After enlightment i see her first time. i became full of joy&full of
energy.the day is also very diffrent from usual days. the sun is shining & shri
mataji gives the bunch of love to everyone. she meets every one personally
with the bunch of LOVE & ENERGY with her heart.
The atmosphere is very diffrent , the faces of the bhasktas were
full of joy. there is diffrent type of peace in the presence of mataji.In that peace
sweet music is there in the enviroment.everyone is doing their job, what
responsiblities are given to them.
Today also when i remember that day i feel that i became in to
the pond of love & energy.every one feels their this type of feeling.
TODAY THE DAY BECOMES THAT I HAVE NO WORDS TO
EXPRESS THE FEELING .
BUT MY PEACE TELLS THE STORY OF WHATEVER I FEEL IN PRESENCE
OF "A FREEDOM FIGHTER" & "ADI SHAKTI".
