Today on this beautiful late summers day Genoa was blessed by Shri Mataji as She visited the city. Shri Mataji went to Her house where She spent several hours in the garden overlooking the city. She received the collectivity of Genoa. Yogi offered flowers one by one; and while they did Mother was keen on knowing every yogi's name. A young couple then came in front of Her with a 5 day old baby girl. Shri Mataji named the baby Madhura.

During Her visit Shri Mataji talked on a vast array of subjects. She spoke about young people and showed concern about how some of them, when they turn eighteen, tend to get into wrong things such as drugs and alcohol. She talked a lot about how some parents do not share their money or life with their children and how they tend to throw them out of home as soon as they are eighteen or nineteen, expecting them to fend for themselves. She then said how fortunate Italy and some other countries, such as India, are due to the fact that they have not followed such tendencies. She was happy that young people are taking to Sahaja Yoga, especially in America. She mentioned  their new of presenting Sahaja Yoga as 'Sahaja Meditation'; further telling us that it worked better, which pleased Her.

Mother was informed that a new Sahaj Center in Genoa bought by the Italian collective. She then spoke about Italy and Genoa, asking questions about Genoa's port, politics and about the Sahaja Yogis in Genoa.

Mother later visited the whole house appreciating all the details and decorations, before returning to Palazzo Doria, Cabella.
