American Independence Day
Today on July 4th, Shri Mataji blessed us with a tremendous opportunity to perform Puja to Her. Throughout the day, all the Yogis present experienced a sense of collective joy as one united family while we prepared for the Puja. At 7:30 P.M. the 30 Yogis present were invited to see Shri Mataji in Her Genova Home.
The Puja began with the offering of aarti and a garland by 4 American Yogis. Mother watched all so intently as the offerings were made. The Puja continued with a recitation of the following prayer:
“Oh Goddess Americeshwari, on this independence day of America, we Your children thank You for all of the Love and Attention that You have showered upon us.
For 234 years the American people have fought for freedom. We pray for forgiveness for any mistakes that we have made knowingly or unknowingly in this fight. On this day we ask that You instill the principles of Shri Ganesha in every fiber of Shri Krishna’s land so that we may learn to fight for the ultimate freedom. Please bless us with the auspiciousness, the innocence, humility, discretion, and the wisdom. Grant us the strength so that we can herald Your Advent and draw all the seekers of the world into Your Loving Embrace. We long for the day when all of humanity can proclaim with one voice:
Free at last! Free at last!
Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!”
Shri Mataji watched with Her Full Attention as every word of the prayer was spoken. In that moment it was as though the flood-gates of the heavens had opened and all the Divine Love in the Universe was pouring down. Shri Mataji then held the prayer-card in Her Hand and everybody collectively felt in the heart the words “God Bless America !”
The Puja continued as we recited the Shri Ganesha Atharva Sheersha and offered prasad, flowers and a gift to Shri Mataji. A cake was presented to Shri Mataji which She cut and enjoyed.
Following the Puja, all were invited to share a moment in the history of the U.S. which demonstrates the glory of the vishuddhi chakra. Then, all were allowed to be with Shri Mataji and watch, from beginning to end, Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” Speech.
Shri Mataji enjoyed so graciously the whole speech of Martin Luther King Jr. as She spread Her Divine Vibrations throughout the universe. At the end Sir C.P. thanked us all and wished many congratulations on the day of American independence.

It was great to see americans blessed by our Divine Mother.we all seem to be getting Her Divine blessings this way.
